Returning an Item
What can I return?
If you have purchased a product and have not opened it, you can return it to us within 14 days for an exchange or refund, which starts on the day after you received the item. All items must be returned unused and in the original packaging as they were in when received by you. You will be responsible for paying the costs of return postage and for any replacement product to be sent, unless there's an issue with the product, in which case we'll cover the costs.
Can I return the product if I do not like the taste?
If you have opened your product and do not like the taste or think it will not be suitable for you, we will be unable to exchange it for another product or refund you.
I have received a damaged product/ wrong product
In the rare instance that you receive an incorrect or damaged item or part of your order is missing, please contact us within 3 days. We will re-ship the correct/missing items to you as soon as possible.
How to I return a product?
If you need to return a product simply call our Customer Services Team on 01923 652 515 or you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and quote your order number, the product you would like to return and the reason you need to return your product.
After you have notified us that you will be returning your product and you have received a response from us, please post your product to: Clean Performance Nutrition®, 6 Station Road, Watford, Hertfordshire, WD17 1EQ. Please do not send packages without prior authorization from us. Any such package will be rejected.
Our Returns Policy gives you 14 days to return or exchange an item bought online with a valid receipt. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned in a re-sellable condition. This means your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging, unopened, and returned with any accessories, labels and “free gifts” or bonus items.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so for your own protection, we would recommend using a tracked or registered delivery service. Please keep a note of any return delivery reference numbers so you can track your order.
When will I receive a refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 calendar days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or damaged.
My refund is late
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially credited into your account. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is credited. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please email us at email@example.com or call us on 01923 652 515.
Cancelling an order
In addition to our Returns Policy, if you are a customer in the European Union you have the right to cancel your contract with us and receive a full refund within 14 calendar days from the day after the date you received your order. To exercise your right to cancel the contract you must request a refund in writing either by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or post to Clean Performance Nutrition®, 6 Station Road, Watford, Hertfordshire, WD17 1EQ within 14 calendar days of receipt of the items. You will be responsible for the cost of returning a cancelled order to us.
