January marks the month of 'Veganuary' and with a large amount of the population choosing to take part, we decided to create a recipe using our Vegan Protein. These tasty chocolate protein balls are a great snack to curb your hunger or maybe just reach your protein goal for the day! 

Ingredients

1 medium avocado

1 heaped Tablespoon peanut butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch salt

¼ cup Clean Performance Nutrition vegan chocolate protein powder (or more to reach desired texture)

1 tablespoon cocoa powder 1 tablespoon allergy friendly mini chocolate chips

Vanilla or Chocolate Stevia drops, to taste

1 tablespoon of desiccated coconut for rolling the bites in

Instructions

Blend or hand blend up Avocado, banana, peanut butter, vanilla and salt until smooth.

Add the protein powder, cocoa powder, and chocolate chips, and pulse until a 'dough' is formed. Add extra cacao powder or protein powder to reach desired texture.

Add stevia drops if the mixtures need a little-added sweetness!

Take small Tablespoons of dough and roll into balls. Roll in the desiccated coconut. Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Or freeze them and take one out whenever you fancy a little-added protein kick.
